Sarah left University in 1996 as a graduate in Marketing. Following this she enjoyed many varied positions including Marketing Analyst, Product Development Manager and Tourism Marketing. In 1999 she worked for Choice Hotels Europe as a Conference & Banqueting Manager and was soon promoted to Marketing Manager. She continued her position in the hospitality industry, finally working for the Dubrovnik Hotel, a family-run 50 bedroomed hotel in West Yorkshire. It has always been her life-long ambition to run a guest house and finally at the age of 31 she has fulfilled it. Clifton left university as a mature graduate in IT in 2004. He developed his career in IT working for Horizon Recruitment in Bradford. While he helps in the day to day running of the hotel he also runs a small PC support business offering IT solutions, repairs, help and advice to home users and small business’s. Sarah & Clifton have been together for 7 years and recently married in December 2006 at: Bickleigh Castle in Tiverton, Devon
